- From the curated archive of vintage menswear guru Gauthier Borsarello
- Made in France circa 1925/26
- Calfskin leather cabin trunk with faded bronze hardware
- Leather rounded top-handle
- Cotton & linen woven canvas lining, emblematic of the period
- Original interior Vuitton label numbered: 753512. A coveted symbol of manufacture first used in 1926.
- Bespoke acquired travel stickers... a fascination of M.Vuitton's grandson Gaston Vuitton, as referenced in his '20s book 'Voyage iconographique autour de ma Malle.' This item features rare Mediterranean and Naples stickers, among others.
- Non-functional double-clasp closure. Does not include key.
- A truly rare highly-collectible item with exquisite century-old patina. Could be used anew for modern decor.
